ZLYJ225 Special Reducers for Plastic Extruder
ZLYJ series reducer is a high-precision hard-tooth surface and thrust seat transmission part designed for plastic screw extruder. It is characterized by the use of high-strength alloy steel for gear and shaft parts. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88.6 grade. Tooth surface hardness HRC54-62. An oversized thrust bearing is arranged at the front end of the hollow output shaft to bear the working axial force of the screw. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
